Every 1 point can be used as JPY 1. Use your points to purchase ZIPAIR flight tickets or to pre-purchase optional services.

You can redeem your JAL miles for ZIPAIR Points and your ZIPAIR Points for JAL miles.

How to earn points, number of points credited, and validity
Points are earned in a variety of situations.

- All validity periods are in Japan time.
Using ZIPAIR Points
- When using ZIPAIR Points to make payments, the only currency that can be selected is Japanese yen.
- If you cancel your reservation, pre-order, or itinerary, the ZIPAIR Points used to pay for the service will be returned to your account in accordance with the rules of the relevant service.
- ZIPAIR Points can be used for full or partial payment of the purchase price. When ZIPAIR Points are used for partial payment, the remaining balance must be paid by credit card.

When points are credited or deducted
As a general rule, ZIPAIR Points are credited and deducted immediately after the transaction.
(Some points, such as points earned via promotions, may not be credited in real time.)
Converting between ZIPAIR Points and JAL miles
Linking your ZIPAIR ID and JMB membership number
- Before converting between ZIPAIR Points and JAL miles, you will need to first link your ZIPAIR ID to your JMB membership number via the ZIPAIR website.
- Log in to your ZIPAIR Point Club account on the ZIPAIR website. "Link with JAL miles" will be displayed on My Page.
- Click "Link with JAL miles". You will be shown a JMB account authentication page.
- On the JMB account authentication page, log in to your JMB account using your JMB membership number and Password to complete the linking process.
The date of birth you registered with JMB must be match with the date of birth you registered with ZIPAIR.
If this information does not match, your ZIPAIR ID cannot be linked to your JMB membership number.
Redeeming ZIPAIR Points for JAL miles
To redeem your ZIPAIR Points for JAL miles, please log in to your JAL Mileage Bank account from the ZIPAIR website.
Redemption rate: Every 2 ZIPAIR Points = 1 mile
ZIPAIR Points can be redeemed in increments of 2 points.
Redeeming JAL miles for ZIPAIR Points
To redeem your JAL miles for ZIPAIR Points, please log in to your JAL Mileage Bank account from the ZIPAIR website.

Miles can be redeemed in increments of 3,000 miles, 5,000 miles, 10,000 miles, or any combination thereof.
Example: Redeeming 18,000 miles total in the increments of 3,000 miles × 1 + 5,000 miles × 1 + 10,000 miles × 1
is calculated as 10,000 miles × 1.5 + 8,000 miles × 1.0, for a total of 23,000 points credited to your account.
