One Harmony Point Award

One Harmony Points can be redeemed for hotel stays and room upgrades

  • Currently, only JMB members in the Japan region are eligible to apply.

What are One Harmony Points?

One Harmony Points can be redeemed for a variety of awards including hotel stays, room upgrades, original hotel products and more at participating hotels of Okura Hotels & Resorts, Nikko Hotels International and Hotel JAL City.

Example)500 points = Equivalent to a 500 yen payment when using domestic hotels.

  • Points can also be used for payments at hotels outside Japan, converted according to the local currency.

Eligible members

  • JMB members
  • Members who have registered an e-mail address with JAL Mileage Bank
  • Members who have enrolled in One Harmony under the same name as that of their JMB account
  • Members who have registered their JMB membership number to their One Harmony account

Eligible hotels

Okura Hotels & Resorts, Nikko Hotels International and Hotel JAL City located within Japan and worldwide

  • Some hotels in the group do not participate in One Harmony.

Required mileage

Redeem 11,500 miles for 7,000 One Harmony Points.

Validity

One Harmony points are valid from the time they are accumulated.  
Each time points are earned or redeemed, the expiration date of all your points is extended to 24 months after the most recent use.  
As long as you continue to use them, your points will not expire.

How to request and use awards

Step 1 Request an award

To request an award, you will need the following:

  • Your JMB membership number and Password
  • The email address and One Harmony password used for your One Harmony registration
  • Must match the name registered on your JMB membership.

On the One Harmony website

You will be redirected to the One Harmony Official Website.

  • Currently, only JMB members in the Japan region are eligible to apply.

Requesting your award

  1. After accessing the One Harmony official website, please sign in using the email address registered to your One Harmony membership and password.
    * If you have not accessed your One Harmony account even once since April 2026, please first reset your account and password via the “Sign Up” option on the One Harmony official website. After completing your password setup for One Harmony in advance, please proceed with the application above.
  2. On the “Mileage Registration” page, select “Connect JMB account” and link your JMB Membership Number.
    If your account is already linked, please check that the number is correct.
  3. Once the JMB Membership Number has been successfully connected, “Exchange Miles to Points” will be displayed.
    Please click this option.

  4. The JAL Mileage Bank login screen will appear. Please follow the on-screen instructions to proceed.
  • One Harmony points will be credited to your One Harmony account approximately 2–3 weeks later.

Step 2 Redeem your One Harmony Points

Redeem your One Harmony Points for hotel stays, room upgrades and more at participating hotels of Okura Hotels & Resorts, Nikko Hotels International and Hotel JAL City throughout Japan and worldwide.

  • When booking your stay, please note that One Harmony Points are available for redemption only after they have been credited to your One Harmony account.

If you are not yet a One Harmony member

  • If you wish to request an award and will be enrolling in One Harmony, please be sure to register your JMB membership number (7 or 9 digits) during the enrollment process.

How to register your JMB membership number when enrolling in One Harmony

  1. On the One Harmony membership registration screen, select “Connect JMB number.”
  2. Enter your JMB Membership Number and the password used to sign in to your JMB account.
  3. Once your identity has been successfully verified, the registration will be complete. After completing the registration, please proceed to apply for the above benefit.

If you wish to register or update your JMB membership number to your One Harmony account

  • To request this award, your JMB membership number must be registered to your One Harmony account.
    You can verify whether your JMB membership number has been registered to your One Harmony account by signing in on the One Harmony website and opening the “My Account” page.
    If you have not yet registered your JMB membership number to your One Harmony account, please do so before you request this award by following the steps below.

How to register or update your JMB membership number to your One Harmony account

  1. Sign in to the One Harmony official website please sign in using the email address registered to your One Harmony membership and password.
  2. From “My Account,” go to the “Mileage Registration” page and select “Edit” to check that your number is correct.
  3. If corrections are required, please link your JMB Membership Number by selecting “Connect your JMB account.”
    Note: Your JMB Membership Number and the password used to sign in to your JMB account are required.
  4. Once your identity has been successfully verified, the registration of your JMB number will be complete.
    After completing the registration, please proceed to apply for the above benefit.

    Rules on how to redeem points, eligible hotels and other restrictions are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Requests for the One Harmony Point Award can only be made via the JAL website.
  • JAL assumes no responsibility for lost One Harmony Points. Please note that One Harmony Points cannot be reissued for any reason.
  • Miles that have been deducted from a JMB account following a One Harmony Point Award request cannot be refunded to the original account, used in exchange for a different award, or exchanged for cash.
