How to display your membership status on the JAL app

Enjoy a more convenient travel experience using your smartphone

Once you have downloaded and logged in to the JAL app, you can display your name, JMB membership number, current membership status, and oneworld tier status on the home screen. By displaying your membership status on the JAL app home screen and presenting it to the relevant airport staff, you will be able to enjoy the services and benefits that are offered when you travel on JAL Group flights, oneworld alliance member flights, and codeshare flights operated by partner airlines.

  • When traveling on oneworld alliance member flights or codeshare flights operated by partner airlines, please present your status card or the JAL app at the check-in counter.
  • If you are traveling on a JAL Group flight and provide your JMB membership number when making your reservation, you can enjoy the available services and benefits at the airport without the need to present your status card or JAL app screen.
  • Information about service eligibility periods can be found at the link below.
  • At some airports and with some airlines, services may not be available even upon presentation of the JAL app home screen.

How to download the JAL app
