How to Apply and Connect to Free Inflight Wi-Fi
1. Open your online check-in notification email and click on the button below and fill-out the survey.
2. After completing the survey, you will be provided with an inflight Wi-Fi promotion code on the completion page. Please store the information for use onboard your upcoming flight.
3. Onboard, enter the inflight Wi-Fi promotion code at the inflight Wi-Fi payment page to enjoy 3 hours of free Wi-Fi.
Terms and Conditions
- This campaign is valid for one-way or roundtrip flights on JAL operated flights only. Passengers onboard code-share flights operated by other airlines are not eligible.
- This campaign is only valid during the promotion period.
