International → International Transfers
To check in for your connecting flight, please either use the transfers check-in counter (*1) , or enter the country (*2) briefly and use the departures counter.
- Special procedures are necessary to make an international flight transfer in Bengaluru.
- If you wish to enter India for transit purposes, you need to obtain a transit visa in advance. Please take note.
Transfers from JAL (Japan departures) to other international airlines
After completing check-in at the transfers counter, please proceed to the departure gate for your next flight.
- Please inform the staff near your arrival gate so that the necessary documents can be prepared for your transfer check-in. It can take a long time for the documents to be prepared.
- The officials in charge of creating the documents may need to retain your passport and airline ticket, Thank you for your cooperation.
Transfers from other international airlines to JAL (destination Japan)
After completing check-in at the transfers counter, please proceed to your departure gate.
- To check in at the special transfers counter, the airline that you traveled to Bengaluru with needs to prepare the necessary documents. It can take a long time for the procedure to be completed.
- The officials in charge of creating the documents may need to retain your passport and airline ticket, Thank you for your cooperation.

After completing Immigration, Baggage Claim, and Customs, please proceed to the check-in counter for your connecting airline.
Domestic → International Transfers
- Passengers who have the boarding pass for JAL connection flight, please proceed to the boarding gate after going through Immigration and Security inspection.
- Passengers who do not the boarding pass for JAL connection flight, please proceed to the check-in counter.
