JAL Mileage Bank handling of S7 Airlines (Last Updated June 30, 2023)
Please be advised JMB handling as below, after S7 Airlines' membership suspension in oneworld.
(1) Flight Mileage Accumulation
JMB members can continue to accrue flight miles on S7 Airlines flights; however, due to the system change of S7 Airlines, automatic mileage accumulation by requesting JMB customer number before boarding has been suspended.
Please apply for Post Flight Credit.
(2) Award Tickets
- oneworld Award Tickets:
New bookings for oneworld Award Tickets with S7 Airlines flight setctors have been suspended since April, 2022 and booking changes have been suspended since October 25, 2022.
Already booked/ticketed oneworld Award tickets are valid as booked.
- S7 Airlines Award Tickets:
Due to system change in S7 Airlines, new bookings and booking changes for S7 Airlines Award Tickets have been suspended since October 25, 2022.
Already booked/ticketed S7 Award tickets are valid as booked.
Please contact JAL reservation center for the Award tickets refund.
Please check the latest flight status of the reserved flight.
(3) FLY ON Points
Effective April 19, 2022 (Tue), FLY ON Points for S7 Airlines flights will be ineligible.
(4) oneworld Elite Status benefit
Effective April 19, 2022 (Tue), oneworld elite status benefit on S7 Airlines flights will be ineligible.
