Cancellation of Upgrade Standby

To cancel Upgrade Standby, please go to the confirmation screen on the website at least 20 minutes before departure.

If you apply with a child or baby, cancellation for child only or adult only is not acceptable. Please cancel all the passengers and apply for the Upgarde Standby again if necessary.

Step1

Select a registered flight , and click or tap "Cancel registraion" Cancel Waiting List on the confirmation screen.

Step2

Select the passenger to cancel Upgrade Standby, and then select what to do after the cancellation.

If you want to board a reserved class

Please select "Cancel the current Upgrade Standby registraion and board on reserved class".

If you want to change or cancel original flight reservation, or If you want to apply standby on another class/flight

Please select "Cancel the curent upgrade registration and register on another flight".
After the cancellation of the Upgrade Standby, Please change or cancel your reservation, or apply for the Upgrade Standby again.

You cannot cancel Upgrade Standby if you have checked your baggage. Please tell the airport staff.
