Service Selection 2026 Details
e JAL Points
e JAL Points are electronic points which can be used to purchase domestic and international tickets and tours on the JAL website.
- The e JAL Points will be accrued in late March 2026.
- Members living outside of Japan can also select e JAL Points.
Please note that terms and conditions apply when using e JAL Points.
Partner Status
Your partner will be offered the same services as those available to you.
Available services
You can use all FLY ON status services except Service Selection.
Condition of use
- To be eligible for JGC Premier Partner Status, you must be a JGC member as of January 31, 2026.
- The period during which partner members are permitted to use status services is from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
- Please register your partner's frequent flyer number, name, and other information in the questionnaire form displayed after selecting your option.
Please note that if there are deficiencies in your partner registration, Japan Region members will be enrolled in the e JAL Points, and members from regions outside Japan will be credited miles.
Please understand that we cannot accommodate changes to partner information after completing the registration questionnaire. We will notify you via email if there are any deficiencies in your registration information.
- Partners include spouses, same-sex partners, members of the JAL Card Family Program, and family members registered with the JAL Family Club. If registering a partner with a different last name, we may request proof of shared residence or relationship documentation. Please note that if proof of shared residence or relationship cannot be provided, we cannot register the partner for status.
- Status cards will be issued only to customers who request them. If you wish to have a status card issued for your partner, please have your partner apply directly via the JAL website on or after April 1, 2026. Please note that status can also be presented via the JMB App or JAL App instead of a physical status card.
SMART GIFT
Ringbell Smart Gift
You can get points that can be exchanged for inn accommodation, meal tickets, gift tickets, home appliances , etc. listed on the Ringbell Smart Gift website.
Condition of use
- If you select this option, the gift card will be sent via email in late March 2026.
- The item selection period is 6 months from the date the gift card email is sent.
- Items exchanged for points cannot be shipped overseas, with some exceptions.
- Applications must be submitted on the dedicated page of Ringbell Co., Ltd. accessible via a link from the JAL website. The member themselves must apply.
- This service is outsourced to Ringbell Co., Ltd..
- We will share your JMB registration information with Ringbell Co., Ltd. for the purpose of issuing the gift card number and PIN required for application on Ringbell Co., Ltd.'s website.
- A dedicated administrative office will be established.
Gift Selection
Gift Selection Service
Please navigate to Daimaru Matsuzakaya Department Stores' dedicated page from the JAL website to submit your request.
Condition of use
- Applications must be submitted via the dedicated page of Daimaru Matsuzakaya Department Store Co., Ltd., accessible from the JAL website. Some products cannot be shipped overseas.
- Members must apply personally.
- The product selection period is from March 2 10:00 a.m. to June 30, 2026 11:59 p.m. (Japan time)
- This service is outsourced to the Corporate Sales Business Division of Daimaru Matsuzakaya Department Stores Co., Ltd.
- A dedicated office will be established from March 2 to July 31, 2026.
HoteLux Coupon
HoteLux Coupon - HoteLux "Elite Plus" Membership Invitatio
We are offering coupons for use with the HoteLux membership-based luxury hotel reservation mobile app. HoteLux is a membership-based luxury hotel reservation mobile app that allows you to book over 4,000 luxury hotels worldwide and ryokan inns across Japan at special rates.
Additionally, customers who select this option will receive a complimentary one-year invitation to HoteLux's "Elite Plus" membership. HoteLux "Elite Plus" members enjoy awards including complimentary breakfast, hotel credit, room upgrades, and one free night during consecutive stays.
Please download the HoteLux app and register as a member.
For customers who select this option, a promotion code will be sent to the email address registered with JMB in late March 2026.
Please enter the promotion code by following the steps below to receive the coupon and HoteLux "Elite Plus" status.

STEP2 Apply via the app
Please complete your membership registration through the HoteLux app.
STEP3 Promotion Code Entry
Please enter the promotion code in the HoteLux app to obtain a coupon and HoteLux "Elite Plus" membership.
The deadline for submitting the promotion code is June 30, 2026.
If the submission is not completed within the deadline, the code will become invalid.
Condition of use
- Please verify in advance that the email address registered with JMB is correct.
Please note that if there are deficiencies in your partner registration, Japan Region members will be enrolled in the e JAL Points, and members from regions outside Japan will be credited miles.
- One coupon is permitted per reservation totaling JPY 70,000 or more (excluding tax and service charges).
- The coupon and HoteLux "Elite Plus" validity period is one year from the date the promotion code is redeemed.
The deadline for submitting the promotion code is June 30, 2026.
If the submission is not completed within the deadline, the code will become invalid. - The coupon can only be used when booking designated hotels via the HoteLux app.
- Customers who already hold a status of "Elite Plus" or higher will receive the coupon only.
- Hotel reservations must be made at least 3 business days prior to check-in.
- Coupons cannot be applied to already paid reservations. If you wish to use a coupon for a reservation you have already made, you will need to cancel that reservation and rebook using the coupon.
- Coupons may not be valid in some regions.

JAL Shopping Points (available to members living in Japan)
JAL Shopping Points
Earn JAL Shopping Points usable at both "JAL Mall" and "JAL FURUSATO NOZEI (hometown tax payment)".
At JAL Mall, you can use your points for JAL original products, gourmet items like meat and seafood, and popular travel items.
JAL FURUSATO NOZEI (hometown tax payment) allows you to contribute to municipalities offering not only regional specialties but also unique JAL Group return gifts.
Condition of use
JAL Shopping Points are available to JMB members living in Japan.
For members living outside Japan who select JAL Shopping Points, the selected service will automatically be changed to [JAL Selection] JAL Coupons.
- There is no upper limit to the number of miles that can be redeemed.
Points are valid for one year (365 days) from the date of issue.
Important Notes
If you selected the JAL Shopping Points, please log into JAL Mall by January 31, 2026.
If you do not log in, the selected service will be changed to [JAL Selection] e JAL Points.
If you have previously logged into JAL Mall, you are not required to sign in again.

JAL Pay Points
JAL Pay Points can be used for JAL Pay payments at a rate of 1 point per JPY 1.
- JAL Pay Accepted Locations: Mastercard®, QUICPay+™, Smart Code™, JAL Pay Partner Stores (JAL PLAZA, inflight sales, among others).
About Accumulation and Expiration
- JAL Pay Points will be credited around late March 2026.
- JAL Pay Points expire at the end of March 2027.
Important Notes
- If you selected the JAL Pay Points, please download the JAL Mileage Bank app and complete your JAL Pay membership registration by January 31, 2026.
- For those who have not completed JAL Pay registration by February 1, 2026, we will send a promo code to the email address registered with JAL Mileage Bank. After completing registration, please use the promo code to receive JAL Pay points.
