Reminders when using e JAL Points

Miles cannot be redeemed for e JAL Points during the purchase process. Please redeem your miles for e JAL Points before the start of your purchase.
The e JAL Points of two or more members cannot be pooled together for payment. e JAL Points cannot be used in combination with miles.
e JAL Points are offered as a JMB award, thus are limited to payment by the member. In terms of use, the member, member's spouse, and member's relatives within the second degree of kinship are eligible.
e JAL Points can be used in combination with credit cards only. e JAL Points cannot be used in combination with payment at convenience stores, payment at bank ATMs, or internet money transfers.
* Restrictions apply when purchasing tours with a combination of e JAL Points and another payment method.
Usage and other restrictions are subject to change without notice.
Refunds are permitted for e JAL Points that were used for payment.
* The purchase will be cancelled and the relevant e JAL Points will be returned to the original JMB account, retroactive to the date of the purchase.
Upon cancellation/refund, e JAL Points will be allocated to the cancellation charge.

Payment for domestic flight tickets is in units of "JPY1".
e JAL Points cannot be used for purchase of JAL CARD Flex or Business Flex.
e JAL Points cannot be used to pay for Domestic Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) that apply to domestic award tickets.
e JAL Points can only be used for JAL Group flight sectors. Tickets purchased using e JAL Points cannot be changed to a non-JAL Group flight, regardless of the fare type.

Payment for international flight tickets is in units of "JPY1".
e JAL Points can be used for itineraries that originate from Japan and through the JAL website only.
You can use e JAL Points to pay for tax included in international flight tickets.
* e JAL Points cannot be used to pay for taxes or other handlings charges that apply to international award tickets.
Only the e JAL Points of the logged in member can be used for payment.
If there are accompanying passengers, e JAL Points will automatically be allocated to the ticket of the passenger with the e JAL Points account. The automatically allocated e JAL Points can be reallocated based on your preferences during the payment process.
If the flight to and from Japan is a JAL / JTA international flight, you can purchase tickets which include flight sectors of other airlines.

Payment for package tours will be accepted for "JPY10" or more in units of "JPY1".
e JAL Points can be used to pay for international package tours and JAL Dynamic Package (domestic/international) products.
(International package tours and JAL Dynamic Package (international) products are limited to JMB members who live in Japan and can log in to the JAL website.)
e JAL Points cannot be used for some discount and promotional products.
The member who pays with e JAL Points (representative) will be required to participate in the tour. (except JAL Dynamic Package (domestic/international))
There are restrictions on the use of e JAL Points in combination with credit card payments.Please confirm at the time of reservation.
