Relax before your flight, in a space that embodies Japanese hospitality and spirit
A welcoming space of diverse décor
Experience true hospitality in a space jointly inspired by the design concepts of "Modern Japan," and the transformational "Room-to-Room" philosophy. Our approach to hospitality combines a service concept devised by writer Kundo Koyama, and interior design by architect Ryu Kosaka.
The Sakura Lounge is a functional space comprising three areas-the fourth and fifth floors, plus Skyview-offering facilities such as shower rooms and locker-style cloakrooms for hand luggage.
The Sakura Lounge offers a wide variety of seating options. The fifth-floor area is fitted with relaxed sofa seating, as well as counter seats offering delightful scenic views. On clear days, it is even possible to see Mt. Fuji.
Sakura Lounge Skyview is located near gate 114. Proceeding from the entranceway, guests will find an array of tables suitable for both groups and individuals near the Dining Area to the right. Our large windows offer a clear view of the neighboring runway.
On the left-hand side of the fifth-floor Sakura Lounge Skyview, guests are greeted by a stylish open space inspired by modern Japanese design. It's the perfect place to take some time out in our relaxing sofa seats.
Enjoy a relaxed meal in spacious surroundings
Our Dining Area is bright, open, and welcoming.
Enjoy our selection of specialty items before you take to the skies.
Guests can discover for themselves just how fun and easy it is to dine at our oval-shaped counter. Our table coordinator is Yukiko Yamamoto, a Chevalier of the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne, and a Commandeur of the Commanderie de Bordeaux.
Traditional Japanese hospitality is even built into the décor, through the traditional items that adorn the walls and floor, all of which share the common theme of dining. We hope guests enjoy this space just as much as they enjoy the food that is served here.
This dining space is characterized by its stylish atmosphere and open layout. Whether traveling solo or as part of a group, guests can enjoy a relaxing space for all scenarios.
An assorted selection to meet your needs
We offer a varied menu of Japanese and Western foods to suit the time of day, including JAL's beloved original beef curry. Why not indulge in some soul food before your flight?
The oval-shaped counter at the center of the fourth-floor dining area offers buffet-style dishes. Our popular JAL Original Beef Curry is served throughout the day.
The buffet selection varies to suit the time of your visit, from breakfast to dinner.
Our appointed JAL wine advisor is prolific wine taster and director Motohiro Okoshi, who has carefully curated a selection of wines for our guests' enjoyment. Why not savor a glass at our fourth- and fifth-floor counter seating while gazing out at the surrounding scenery?
Each floor features decorations, furnishings and artworks that draw inspiration from classical Japan, as well as being equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
The varying design schemes across each floor and area are not just nice to look at; they are devised to suit the various moods and needs of each of our guests.
