Terminal 3E is located next to Terminal 3DTerminal 3C. You can transfer between each terminal via shuttle trains(APM).
Terminal 3E is located on the opposite side from Terminal 2 and 1. You can transfer between each terminal via connecting buses.

Same-Day International Transfers

Airlines in Terminal 3
- After arrival, please check in at transfers counter T3E on level 3.
- Then please complete a Chinese immigration card, and present this along with your boarding pass and passport at the dedicated transfers passport control.
- After this, please take the special escalator down to the departures floor (T3E, level 2), complete the security check, and proceed to the airline departure gate.
Airlines in Terminals 1 & 2
- After Immigration, please use the APM (Automated People Mover) to reach T3C. You do not need to collect your baggage.
- After passing through Customs, please use the terminal shuttle bus and proceed to your airline check-in counter.

Transfers Within China

Airlines in Terminal 3
- After Immigration, please use the APM (Automated People Mover) to reach T3C, and collect your baggage.
- After exiting through the dedicated transit passenger Customs area, please carry out the necessary procedures at the domestic transfers counter and proceed to the domestic departures floor (T3C, level 4).
  * For Chinese domestic flights, the departure building depends on the flight. (Please check whether your flight departs from T3C or T3D.)
Airlines in Terminals 1 & 2
- After Immigration, please use the APM (Automated People Mover) to reach T3C, and collect your baggage.
- After passing through Customs, please use the terminal shuttle bus and proceed to your airline check-in counter.

Transfers from Chinese Domestic Flights

Airlines in Terminal 3
- After collecting your baggage at T3C, please check in at the check-in counter on the departures floor (level 3).
  Customers who have no checked baggage and who have completed Web check-in for a JAL flight may proceed directly to T3E upon arrival.
Airlines in Terminals 1 & 2
- After arriving at Terminal 3 (level 1) on the terminal shuttle bus, please check in at the check-in counter on the departures floor (level 3).
