After disembarking, passengers have onward connecting international flights or with long layovers within the same terminal, please approach our staff for further assistance or may head to the "TRANSFER DESK" which is located before the arrival immigration counters. so you will be guided and assisted accordingly.
For passengers who have international flights other than Terminal 3, please contact one of our staff for precise information.
For passengers who are transferring between terminals (for international and domestic flights) required to retrieve their baggage and clear customs. Passengers can opt to take airport taxis or free shuttle buses for terminal transfers. Please note that the time required for transfers varies including waiting time for taxis, shuttle bus operational time and traffic congestion. Kindly make sure your connecting time is more than enough to catch your connecting flights (more than 180 minutes).
