  • QI have redeemed a domestic inflight Wi-Fi coupon with miles. Can I receive a mile refund?

    For passenger who have unused Wi-Fi coupons redeemed with miles, JAL will refund the miles to your account. JAL will contact those passenger by end of February with refund information. If you have unused coupons and have not receive any contact from JAL until March, please contact the Inflight Wi-Fi Service Desk.

  • QI have purchased a domestic inflight Wi-Fi pass through Gogo's website before my flight.
    Can I receive a refund?

    If your domestic inflight Wi-Fi pass was purchased through Gogo's website, you are required to contact Gogo Customer Support for the refund.
    Please have your Gogo login ID (e-mail address) ready and contact Gogo Customer Support.
