ご注意
- JAL・Mastercard以外でのお支払いは、本キャンペーンの対象となりません。
- 参加登録は、会員お一人様につき1回とさせていただきます。
万一、複数の賞品に参加登録された場合は、先にご選択の賞品を抽選対象とします。 - 参加登録期間中に参加登録をしていただければ、利用期間中の対象店舗でのご利用金額を自動集計します。なお、注文日とカード売上日のずれ、お支払方法（ボーナス一括払い・2回払い）、各提携カード会社での売上計上の都合等により、利用期間中のご利用分のうち一部抽選の対象外となる場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
- クレジットカードとしてのJALカード決済（プラスチックカードまたはインターネットショッピング上のカード番号入力など）が、本キャンペーンおよび特約店の対象となります。JALカードを紐づけた各種Payサービス（QRコード決済・バーコード決済など）でのご利用分は対象となりません。
- Apple Payに設定したQUICPayのご利用は、一部特約店を除き、本キャンペーンの対象となりません。
- 年会費など、ショッピングマイルの積算対象とならないご利用分については、本キャンペーンの対象となりません。
- 厳正なる抽選の上、賞品に当選された方には2026年2月下旬（予定）に当社にご登録いただいているご自宅住所あてにお送りします。なお、住所不明・長期不在・受取拒否などにより当社あてに賞品が返送された場合は、当選辞退の扱いとさせていただきますのであらかじめご了承ください。
- 賞品の発送元は（株）JALカードとなります。
- ご当選の権利を第三者へ譲渡・換金することはできません。
- 賞品発送の時点でJALカードを退会されている場合は、対象となりません。

- This campaign is sponsored by JAL and Mastercard (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Sponsors’).
本キャンペーンはJAL、Mastercard（以下スポンサー）の提供で実施されています。 - Employees, officers, and directors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household (whether or not related) of the MLB Entities are not eligible to participate or win a prize.
MLB関連企業の従業員、役員、取締役およびその直系家族（配偶者、親、子、兄弟姉妹およびそれぞれの配偶者、居住地を問わず）ならびに同居人（親族か否かを問わない）は、本キャンペーンに参加したり賞品を受け取ったりすることはできません。 - “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities.
「MLBエンティティ」とは、野球コミッショナー（「BOC」）、その事務局、委員会、小委員会および評議会、MLBアドバンストメディアL.P.（「MLB」）、メジャーリーグベースボールプロパティーズ社、MLBネットワークLLC、メジャーリーグベースボールクラブ（「クラブ」）、それぞれの親会社、子会社、関連会社および関連団体、現在または将来、クラブまたはBOCを管理する、クラブまたはBOCによって管理される、またはクラブまたはBOCと共同管理される団体、および前述の団体の所有者、ゼネラルパートナーおよびリミテッドパートナー、株主、取締役、役員、従業員、および代理人を意味します。 - For MLB Tickets: Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see https://www.mlb.com/world-baseball-classic/tickets/terms for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the applicable prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each winner’s guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or their guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Sponsor and the MLB Entities will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket.
MLBチケットについて：メジャーリーグベースボールの試合/イベント/展示会のチケットの使用は、チケットに適用される標準的な利用規約、条件、および健康・安全ポリシーに従うものとします。詳細は mlb.com/ticketback をご覧ください。試合/イベント/展示会での座席位置および、特典の説明に別途記載がない限り、試合/イベント/展示会の具体的な日程はスポンサーの単独の裁量で決定されます。各当選者の同伴者は、居住地の法定成年年齢に達している必要がありますが、親または法定後見人の同伴がある場合はこの限りではありません。メジャーリーグベースボールの試合/イベント/展示会の日程と時間は、BOCおよび/または該当するクラブの単独の裁量で決定され、変更される場合があります。賞品の一部として授与されたチケットに適用される規約は、天候、天災、テロ行為、市民の不安、地方自治体または国の規制や命令、労働停止、疫病、パンデミック、または公衆衛生や安全に関するその他の問題、またはその他の予期し得ない事態によってメジャーリーグベースボールが定義する合法的な試合/イベント/展示会が開催されない場合に適用されます。各当選者およびその同伴者は、賞品に関連して適用されるすべてのボールパークおよび会場規則を遵守することに同意するものとします。スポンサーおよびMLB関連機関は、試合/イベント/展示会において、スポーツマンシップに反する行為や、迷惑行為、脅迫、嫌がらせ、または他人を困らせる意図を持った行為を行う当選者および/またはその同伴者の入場を拒否、または退場させる権利を有します。スポンサーおよびMLBは、天候、天災、テロ行為、市民の不安、地方自治体または国の規制や命令、労働停止、疫病、パンデミック、公衆衛生や安全に関する問題、またはその他の予期し得ない事態により、メジャーリーグベースボールの試合/イベント/展示会が中止または延期された場合に責任を負いません。賞品として授与されたメジャーリーグベースボールの試合/イベント/展示会のチケットは、転売、転売のための提供、またはいかなる商業的またはプロモーション目的での使用も禁止されています。そのような転売や商業的またはプロモーション目的での使用は、失格および賞品の没収につながる可能性があり、試合/イベント/展示会チケットによって付与されるライセンスが無効になる可能性があります。
- Each participant agrees to waive any and all claims against the MLB Entities for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the campaign, receipt or use of any prize (or any portion thereof), or any travel or activity related thereto.
