Message to Mobile Phone Number (Flight Notification Service)
JAL provides customers with various notifications on SMS/LINE.
Following customers will be available
- Customers who booked a JAL(Group) flight from the JAL website or JAL contact center, and registered a "Mobile Phone Number"
- Customers who booked a JAL(Group) flight at some travel Agent and registered a "Mobile Phone Number"
- Some information about codeshare flights operated by other carriers and JAL group carriers may also be sent.
- Customers who booked at JAL website, will not be able to receive SMS notifications of changes in reservation details such as
schedule changes, seat number changes, and cancellation. - Not sent to customers applying Group Passengers Discount Fare.
To opt in on the JAL Website
When booking
Plese select "Mobile" in the phone number field and enter the international region code and mobile number of the mobile phone you want to receive.
After booking
You can check, add, and edit from the booking details screen.

Please click the 'Change customer information' button.
International Flights
Please click the 'Related services' button.
