QuiC Navi
QuiC Navi is a convenient way to get information about your flights.
You can view booking details on JAL Group flights you’ve booked and purchased as well as other useful information for your trip, all in one place.
Notice
・Due to system maintenance, "On-Time" and "Delay" are not displayed in the flight status information.
Please check "Flight Status" search for the latest flight status.
Points and how to use them
1 Booked flight information and status
- Shows your booking details and the latest flight status.
2 Boarding barcode
- The boarding barcode required to use Touch & Go.
3 Boarding gate
- Indicates the gate your flight boards from.
4 Boarding procedures
- Shows your boarding method (e.g. Touch & Go, counter check-in).
Check-in and Security checkpoint Availability
Shows the closest security checkpoint for your flight when departing from Haneda Airport.
You can also click or tap the "Check-in and Security checkpoint Availability" button to view departure lobby congestion. (not available for all airports)

How to view QuiC Navi
On a mobile phone
Please click or tap the "e-ticket itinerary" button of the Boarding / check-in.
On a PC
Please click or tap the "Passenger Information (Quic Navi)" button of the boarding and check-in.
Notice
- Please note that boarding barcodes cannot be displayed for the following types of bookings:
・Bookings with international sectors
・Code-share flights with Fuji Dream Airlines (FDA), Amakusa Airlines (AMX), Oriental Air Bridge (ORC)
・Bookings with five or more segments in a single sector
- Customers with an iPhone or Apple Watch that has been set up and registered for Apple Pay cannot board using the two-dimensional barcode displayed in Domestic QuiC Navi and on the booking details page.
Please board using the two-dimensional barcode registered in your Wallet.
