How to transfer
After logging in to ALL's My Account, please apply from the point exchange menu.

- Mileage may not be transferred successfully if your registered name of hotel loyalty programs does not match JMB registered name.
- For the transfer rate from points to miles, the time to reflect miles or other details, please contact ALL customer care.
- Eligible hotels and the number of accumulating miles are subject to change without notice.

Award expiration date

- Points will be accumulate within 24 hours after the exchange.

Redeem your ALL Reward points

- If your ALL acount is set to automatically conversion from ALL Reward points to JAL miles, ALL Reward point accumulated by redeeming awards will be converted to JMB miles, so please check the settings in advance.
