Enter your name, gender and age as they appear in your JAL Mileage Bank details.
Enter names in the order : "last name" , "first name" , "middle name".
Example of a passenger with a middle name registered : If your name is John William Smith, enter in the order "SMITH", "JOHN", "WILLIAM".
Example of a passenger with no middle name registered : If your name is John Smith, enter in the order "SMITH", "JOHN".
- If the details entered do not match those registered in the JAL Mileage Bank, for example the order of the passenger's full name (including middle name), all procedures will be automatically canceled.
- If your middle name is not registered with JAL Mileage Bank, you do not need to enter a middle name.
- For JAL Mileage Bank members who registered with middle name(s), they will have been automatically generated into the first name field. Please manually cut adjust your first and middle name(s) to appear in the correct fields.
