How to Earn Miles
STEP1
Shop at Bic Camera with your passport.
- Please check the Participating stores.
STEP2
After checking out at the cashier, please proceed to the designated counter at each store and present the following:
- Tax-Free purchase receipt. (valid on the same day only)
- JMB Membership Number
- Please ask store staff for the location of the counter.
How to Check Your JMB Membership Number
Your JMB membership number can be checked via your credit card, registration confirmation email, registration SMS, JAL App, or JAL Mileage Bank Card.
Mileage crediting date
The end of the month following purchase.
Notes
- Residents of Japan are not eligible for consumption tax exemption.
- Stores other than the 12 participating locations in Japan are not eligible for mileage accrual.
- Certain items may be excluded from mileage accrual.
- Miles will not be earned in the event of a purchase cancellation.
- Miles can only be credited on the day of purchase. Retroactive claims are not accepted.
