Eligible customers

JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) members who redeem 80,000 miles or more per flight for Business Class travel on any of the following Europe or North America routes with JAL International Award Ticket PLUS

Boston, Chicago, Dallas Fort Worth, Frankfurt, Helsinki, London, Los Angeles, New York, Paris, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver

From September 25, 2019 (Wednesday) to March 31, 2020 (Tuesday) (flight date), receive 6,000 FLY ON Points for every eligible flight flown. To qualify, you must redeem 80,000 miles or more per flight for Business Class travel on eligible flights between Japan and either Europe or North America with JAL International Award Ticket PLUS. The FLY ON Points awarded via this offer will be credited toward the end of the month following the month in which the flight was flown.

Notes

  • When requesting post-flight credit, flight mileage must be credited by April 10, 2020 to be eligible for this promotion.
  • FLY ON Points will be credited toward the end of the month following the month in which the flight was flown.
  • Only members who actually travel on flights are eligible. Even if the traveler who completed the flight is within two degrees of kinship from the member who redeemed the miles for award tickets or has pooled together family miles under the JALCARD Family Program or JAL Family Club program, these FLY ON Points are only available to the actual traveler who completed the flight using eligible award tickets.
    Please provide your JMB membership number when you make your reservation. Members who do not provide their JMB membership number will not be eligible for this promotion.

JMB Diamond & JGC Premier members

  • To be eligible for this service, the actual traveler or the customer whose miles were deducted to book the ticket must be a JMB Diamond or JGC Premium member at the time of request.

From September 25, 2019 (Friday) to March 31, 2020 (Tuesday) (arrival date), eligible customers will be able to use the Okaeri LIMO Service, a free airport transfer service that will pick you up at Narita Airport and transport you to your preselected destination*. To qualify, you must redeem 80,000 miles or more per flight for Business Class travel on eligible flights between Japan and either Europe or North America with JAL International Award Ticket PLUS.

  • This service is unavailable between December 29, 2019 (Sunday) and January 3, 2020 (Friday).
  • This service is available up until March 31, 2020 (arrival date).
  • To be eligible for this service, you must meet the applicable criteria and travel on a flight that arrives at Narita Airport.

Notes

Using this service

Please proceed to the Okaeri LIMO Service meeting point within one hour of arriving at the airport. The driver will direct you to your assigned car. Please present your JAL Mileage Bank card (or JALCARD or passport) at the meeting point for confirmation.

Reminders when using this service

  • All requests must be made in advance to use this service. After booking your flight using JAL International Award Ticket PLUS, please request this service by the request deadline. Requests for this service cannot be made at the airport.
  • Please contact us if you wish to cancel your request for this service.
  • After requesting the Okaeri LIMO Service, if you cancel your booked award ticket and then book a different itinerary that meets the applicable criteria for this offer, please contact the Okaeri LIMO Service requests and inquiries desk and inform them of the change at least two days prior to your flight date (American Region members: 17:00, U.S. Pacific Time, three days prior to the date of using this service / Europe, Middle East & Africa Region members: 12:00, UK Time, three days prior to the date of using this service / Asia & Oceania Region members: Three days prior to the date of using this service​ (requests must be made during business hours of the requests and inquiries desk)).
  • This service will take you to only one specified destination. You cannot make stops prior to your final destination. If your luggage exceeds the capacity of the vehicle, you are requested to use the airport baggage delivery service.
  • This service is available only for destinations within the designated service area.
  • Expenses incurred for using the Tokyo Bay Aqua-Line are the responsibility of the passenger.
  • If your arrival airport for your return flight has changed due to inclement weather or other circumstances, you will be unable to use this service.
  • This service is operated through a contract with the MK Group / SK LIMO or Keihin Hire. JAL will cover the cost of travel from the airport to your specified destination, including highway tolls. You cannot specify the company and the type of car. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles.
  • The right to use this service is non-transferable.
  • If you cannot find your driver at the designated meeting point, please contact the following taxi company for inquiries. Please be sure to inform the operator that the inquiry is regarding the JAL Okaeri LIMO Service.

  • This service is available to customers who book JAL International Award Ticket PLUS (and meet the qualification criteria) at least two weeks prior to departure.
  • To be eligible for this service, the actual traveler must be a JMB Sapphire member, a JMB Crystal member, JGC oneworld Sapphire member, or a standard JMB member. (Lounge access is not available if the traveler is not a JMB member.)

Service details

From September 25, 2019 (Friday) to March 31, 2020 (Tuesday) (flight  date), eligible customers will receive access to the JAL First Class Lounge at Narita Airport. To qualify, you must redeem 80,000 miles or more per flight for Business Class travel on eligible flights between Japan and either Europe or North America with JAL International Award Ticket PLUS.

  • Please enter your JMB membership number when booking JAL International Award Tickets.

How to access the lounge

This service will be displayed for eligible customers under "Available lounges" on the JAL website around one week prior to departure. To view your lounge access information, please log in to your JMB account and click "Available lounges" from the JMB member menu.

To access the lounge on the day of your flight, please print this page and present it to the lounge staff or show this screen to the lounge staff.

  • Please note that you are considered ineligible if this service is not displayed under "Available lounges" by your flight date.

How to view "Available lounges"

On your computer

1. Log in to your JMB account.

  • The login screen may differ from the sample image depending on your JMB membership area.

2. After logging in, click "Available lounges" from the JMB member menu.

  • When using your smartphone, log in and proceed to "List of lounge promotions available" from "Current balance/Account management".

3. ”PLUS EUROPE OR NORTH AMERICA ROUTES LOUNGE" will be displayed on your screen. Print this page and present it to the lounge staff or show this screen to the lounge staff to enter the lounge.

  • To be eligible for this service, you must meet the applicable criteria and travel on a flight that departs from Narita Airport.
  • Access to the JAL First Class Lounge is also available to one traveling companion.
  • Please note that you will not be able to use JAL First Class Check-in Counter.
