Reservation Period
From 0 a.m. 360 days prior to the departure date until the day prior to the departure date (Japan time)
- If your return flight is not yet available for booking, your outbound flight and inbound flight cannot be booked in the same transaction.
Please make a reservation for both flights of your journey after the reservation opening date, or make separate reservations for your outbound and inbound flights.

- Reservations cannot be made by telephone.
Eligible Members
JAL CARD navi members named on the card
- Even relatives within the second degree of relationship are not eligible (excluding accompanying infants).
Eligible Routes
JAL Group domestic flights
- Codeshare flights operated by Fuji Dream Airlines, Amakusa Airlines, Oriental Air Bridge are not eligible for JAL CARD navi Discounts.
- Codeshare flights operated by Jetstar Japan (GK) are eligible for Jetstar Japan(GK) award tickets, but are not eligible for JAL CARD navi Discounts.
- Some routes may only be operated on certain days of the week or during certain seasons. Also, operating carriers are subject to change.
Eligible Class
Economy Class, Class J
- Class J is not available on all routes, flights and aircraft types.
Required Mileage
A flat 50% of the base miles for the applicable zone or connecting flight itinerary of JAL Domestic Award Tickets
- In addition to the number of miles, you are required to pay the Domestic Passenger Facility Charge via credit card.

Validity Period
Award tickets are valid for the reserved flight only.
- An award ticket will become invalid if you fail to board on the reserved flight. Miles will not be refunded and the award ticket cannot be changed to a different award.
Changes after Deduction of Miles
Reservation changes are not permitted. (Boarding class cannot be changed either)*
You cannot change your flight at the airport on the day of departure, even if there are seats available on a different flight for the same segment.
However, you may upgrade your flight to Class J or First Class for a fee on the day of departure if there are available seats on the same flight. (You cannot pay using miles.)
- If you need to make a change to your reservation, please cancel/refund your existing award ticket and then book a new ticket for your desired itinerary. Please see “Refunds of Unused Award Tickets” for information about cancellations and refunds. The difference in miles will not be refunded if you cancel only a portion of your itinerary.
Refunds of Unused Award Tickets
If an award that has already been reserved is totally unused, all miles used to redeem the award can be refunded to your mileage account by paying the applicable fee.

- The number of seats available using the JAL CARD navi Discounts are limited.
- For all other condition concerning application and usage, JAL Domestic Award Tickets rules will apply.
Making a Reservation
On the search screen, select the desired departure and arrival points and date, and then select "JAL CARD navi Discounts" from "Award Type."
