For members with FLY ON status for the 2021 service year: Second crediting of bonus FLY ON Points (for 2021) - autumn 2021 -

Thank you for your continued patronage of the JAL Group.

In response to the Coronavirus outbreak, we have suspended or reduced services on some JAL Group routes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

We understand that there are still currently fewer opportunities for our customers to qualify for FLY ON status. To help ensure that our FLY ON status members - who are our most frequent flyers - can continue to enjoy our special services and benefits, we will be implementing a second round of crediting bonus FLY ON Points for 2021. The second crediting will be processed at the end of September to early October based on each customer's FLY ON status.
