In charge of First Class and Business Class. Born in Tokyo. After graduating at the top of her class from renowned Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Ms.Kono worked as the second chef at three star "L'Arpège." She left the restaurant and became a freelance chef catering mainly to prominent dignitaries around the globe.

Currently, as an Executive Advisor for JAL Meal Service, she provides strategic direction and expert guidance for the planning of JAL’s in-flight culinary concepts.
