In charge of Business Class.Born in Tokyo. After graduating from a vocational school, she trained at "NARISAWA" and moved to the United States at the age of 21. Following experiences in New York and Paris, she was appointed sous-chef at "Paris Hawaii" in 2017. She has held his current position since 2021.

She won the GOLDEGG Award, the Asako Kishi Award, and the Hisao Taki Award at "REDU-35 2019." She has been awarded the prestigious "Hale Aina Award," the most esteemed honor in the food industry of Hawaii, for four consecutive years since 2022. In 2024, she was selected as a semi-finalist for the North Atlantic region in the "James Beard Award," often referred to as the "Academy Award of Food."

Since April 2024, she has also served as the Creative Director of "natuRe tokyo."
