Watching the rhythmical movements of the chef's hands is one of the highlights of dining at Sushi Tsurutei. We want our guests to enjoy Japan to the fullest before they depart, and so we offer this unique visual and culinary experience.

Each day, Sushi Tsurutei offers a selection of three types of sushi. The menu rotates on a weekly basis and includes tuna belly, conger eel, spear squid, flounder, prawn, and futomaki. Enjoy an authentic sushi meal with fresh, seasonal ingredients before you depart. Vegetable rolls are also available upon request.

Part of the dining experience at Sushi Tsurutei is pairing your meal with a selection of fine wines and Japanese sakes. Choose from a list of wines from around the world carefully selected by taster Motohiro Okoshi, including JOSEPH PERRIER champagne. Or try one of the three seasonal sakes provided by our partner Hasegawa Saketen.

Once your sushi order is ready, enjoy it alone or with your group at one of our tables. Relax in the warm atmosphere of Sushi Tsurutei's traditional Japanese space accented by charming, windchime-like light fixtures. AC power outlets and USB ports are provided for your convenience.

Pass through the chic entryway and step into the bright, airy dining area of JAL's Table. The lustrous white surfaces are reminiscent of a jetliner, while brassy accents add a touch of brilliant color. Seating includes four-person tables as well as longer tables.

The counter-style dining area offers a rich array of menu options, including Japanese-style set meals and salad, sandwich, pasta, and meat plates. The elegant dining space features design concepts from table coordinator Yukiko Yamamoto.

JAL's Table offers two types of ramen to satisfy our noodle-loving guests. The AFURI Yuzu-Shio Ramen, a collaboration with the popular ramen chain of the same name, uses a salt-based broth infused with the refreshing citrus flavor of yuzu. The JAL House Tonkotsu Ramen starts with a rich pork bone-based broth and adds spicy miso and mustard greens for a spicier taste.

Eggplants, tomatoes, carrots, onions, mushrooms...airplane?? Hidden among the monochrome line art on the wall behind the counter is a JAL jetliner. Hunting for it is a fun way to pass the time with your child! Hint: look for the red crane logo.
