Passport information registration
JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) members may register the passport information to their profile in advance, so that the passport information will be entered automatically to the booking or Online Check-in. Please make good use of this convenient feature.
- If you register your passport information after a booking, it will not be reflected automatically to that booking. Please be sure to register the passport information before booking.

Notices
- This service is available only for JMB members. Not yet a JMB member? Register now. No membership fee.
- If registration for this service is not completed before booking, it will not be reflected to the booking. Please be sure to register before booking.
- If the registered information changes due to passport renewal, please be sure to update your information in your membership profile.
- Bookings for which passport information has been registered will not be updated automatically even if you change the registered information in the membership profile. Please update the information in your membership profile and booking respectively. We apologize for the inconvenience.
