JAL Awarded exclusive APEX WORLD CLASS status for fourth consecutive years.

JAL is honored to be one of only ten airlines in the world to receive APEX's inaugural WORLD CLASS 2025 certification, recognizing our industry-leading approach to safety&well-being, sustainability, and our guests' overall experience.

We have been recognized as the "Best-in-Class in Safety and Well-Being" for offering the highest level of Safety and Well-Being for the second time in a row.

We have also received the ‘WORLD CLASS LOUNGE’ award, which was newly launched this year, and the JAL First Class Lounges at Haneda and Narita airports were recognized as the world's best lounges.
