Important Notice: Travel Restrictions by the U.S. CDC
In accordance with public health order issued by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), temporary travel restrictions to the United States have been strengthened as a countermeasure against Ebola.

1. Travelers Subject to the Entry Restrictions
Non-U.S. citizens (including Green Card holders) who have been in or departed from the following countries within the past 21 days are temporarily prohibited from entering the U.S.:
- Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC)
- Uganda
- South Sudan
2. Exemptions
The following categories of travelers are exempt from this restriction:
- U.S. Citizens
- U.S. Nationals
- Specific foreign aircrew and diplomats with prior authorization
3. Designated Ports of Entry
Even if you qualify for an exemption, your initial point of entry into the United States must be one of the following four designated airports:
- IAD: Washington Dulles International Airport
- ATL: Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
- IAH: George Bush Intercontinental Airport
- JFK: John F. Kennedy International Airport
4. Enhanced Screening
Exempt travelers arriving from the affected countries will undergo enhanced CDC medical screening upon arrival.
