Regarding the Check-in Procedures for the JAL First Class Lounge and Sakura Lounge at Haneda and Narita International Airports

We are introducing automated lounge check-in machines sequentially at the Haneda and Narita International Airport lounges in order to reduce waiting times for lounge entry. Until now, guests have presented their boarding passes to staff at the lounge reception, but with the newly introduced automated check-in machines, you will also be able to enter the lounge using these machines.

Eligible Passenger

Customers who are eligible for entry to the JAL First Class Lounge and Sakura Lounge and are flying on a JAL-operated flight

  • JMB Diamond, JGC Premier, or oneworld Emerald elite status who are accompanied by two or more guests, please inform the reception staff.

How to use

You can use the automated lounge check-in machine by holding the two-dimensional barcode on your boarding pass, mobile boarding pass, or home-printed boarding pass over the scanner, following the on-screen instructions.

Additionally, the system supports five languages: Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean.
