About Deliveries

  • If you have not registered your postal code and telephone number with JAL Mileage Bank, we may not be able to send your delivery. If you wish to have your shipment resent due to non-registration, please complete the registration in advance and contact the JMB Secretariat.
  • Please note that it may not be possible to ship the order to some countries or regions due to postal conditions. If you wish to have your order reshipped, please contact the dedicated desk of the relevant status to have it sent to your address in Japan.
