Important notice about your JMB registered email address (August 25, 2022)

Thank you for choosing the JAL Group.

From October 20, 2021, a one-time password is being sent to the email address registered in the E-mail Address 1 field of our customers’ JMB membership profile for some online services to ensure added security. However, some customers are not receiving emails from us due to reasons such as having a registered email address that is not up to date.

The email address information registered in the E-mail Address 1 field will be deleted for these customers around September 2022. From August 25, these customers will be shown a message under JMB Messages*1 displayed in the middle of their JMB account page after logging in, and are requested to register a valid email address via the JAL website.

For customers who can receive one-time password or email News, the email address information will not be deleted.

A message will also be displayed under JMB Messages once the email address information registered in the E-mail Address 1 field has been deleted. If you are shown this message, please check your details and register your email address if necessary.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  1. JMB Messages can be viewed on the JAL website (PC site).
