Important Notice to Prevent Unauthorized Logins by "Spoofing" from Third Parties

Recently, unauthorized login attempts have increased in number, where malicious third parties spoof members on multiple online services by the use of IDs and passwords obtained by fraudulent means. The reuse of passwords on multiple websites may lead to unauthorized access by "Spoofing" , or to incidents such as the unauthorized use of loyalty points.
In order to safely use JMB services, we ask our members to use different passwords for multiple websites and regularly update their password.
You can immediately change your password on the JAL website. If you have forgotten your password, please reset it via the JAL website.

 

We also recommend that you regularly update the password to your email address registered with JMB.
If you are a JALCARD member, please also regularly change your MyJALCARD authentication code used for the online service for JALCARD members.

  • When setting your password, please avoid character strings that can be easily guessed by others such as your name, date of birth, or phone number.
