If you forgot your JMB membership number

Your JMB membership number is the 7-digit or 9-digit number indicated on your JALCARD or JAL Mileage Bank card.

 

If your card is lost, please request a replacement card.

  • If you have lost your JAL Mileage Bank card:

Please contact the JAL Mileage Bank Center, Japan or the JAL Mileage Bank Center of your membership region.

  • If you have lost your JMB partner card or JALCARD (credit card):

Please refer to the procedures for requesting a replacement card.

If you forgot your PIN

Your PIN is the 6-digit number you set at the time of enrollment. 
If you could not set your PIN or forgot your PIN, we can notify you by e-mail or postal mail*. *Until September 29, 2021 (Request date)

  • For security reasons, we do not give out PINs over the telephone.

If you forgot your Web Password

If you have forgotten your Web Password, you can reset it.

  • For security reasons, we do not give out Web Passwords over the telephone.
