The 8th floor is a TAX FREE* shopping zone that can be used even without an international departure plan, where you can enjoy shopping for fashion, miscellaneous goods, drugstore items, and more.
The 9th floor offers a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, tobacco, and cosmetics at duty-free prices, including the "House of SUNTORY," providing great shopping deals for overseas travelers.

You can earn 1 mile for every JPY100 spent at Lotte Duty Free Shop Ginza.
How to shop at Lotte Duty Free Shop Ginza
Travelers departing from Japan can purchase duty free products at Lotte Duty Free Ginza from 60 days prior to the date of departure (30 days prior for non-Japanese citizens).
- This service is available only for customers who depart Japan from Narita or Haneda Airport.
- You will need to present your passport and your flight ticket (or any other proof that you are departing Japan.)

How to credit miles
Please make a request for mileage accrual by presenting a receipt (s) for your purchase and JMB Card or JALCARD at Lotte Duty Free Shop Ginza information desk located on the 9th floor.
Schedule for mileage accrual
Miles will be credited to your account about two months later the month of your purchase.
Notes and conditions on mileage accrual
- Only purchases at Lotte Duty Free Shop Ginza are eligible for mileage accrual.
- There may be some products ineligible for mileage accrual.
- Purchases cancelled are not eligible for mileage accrual.
- Requests for mileage accrual must be made on the same day as your purchase. Requests for mileage accrual cannot be accepted at a later date.
