In charge of JAL Business Class. Born 1973 in Yokohama, Kanagawa.
After graduating the department of political science at university, Chef Namae became a sous chef at Michel Bras Toya Japan in Hokkaido and The Fat Duck in the U.K. In 2010 he opened L'Effervescence in Tokyo, a two stars Michelin restaurant and winner of the Sustainable Restaurant Award, a special award at Asia's 50 Best Restaurants.
