Regarding flight information due to the impact of bad weather in Hokkaido
We are expecting heavy snow and strong winds in Hokkaido due to a developed low pressure system
passing along the southern coast.
Some of the flights to/from the below airports have been cancelled

For customers considering changes or refunds
- If a flight disruption is expected due to bad weather, you can change your ticket or get a refund even if the delay/cancellation hasn't been finalized.
- You may proceed ticket refund through JAL Website.
For tickets that cannot be refunded on the website or that was not refunded before departure,we have prepared a refund application form.
- Lastest JAL flight status is predicted according to the weather conditions and other relevant data. Delay, cancellation and other operation status may vary from aircrafts.
- Flight delay or cancellation due to aircraft maintenance reason and information about the codeshare flight operated by other airlines are not included.

- If your domestic flight sectors are part of an international flight ticket, or you are holding a Japan Explorer Pass ticket or oneworld Visit Japan ticket, please contact to the JAL contact center for reservation change or refund.
If you purchased the tickets through a travel agency or travel website, please contact your travel agency.
