Available Services

At Booking

Seat selection

* Seat selection is available up until 15 minutes prior to the departure time (except for some flights).
* Restrictions apply for some fare types and the number of seats available for pre-selection is limited.
* Pre-selected seats are subject to change without prior notice in case there is a change in the aircraft.

At Departing Airport

Passengers can be escorted by a companion (limited to one person) to the boarding gate.

Wheelchair Rental Service

Available at all airports. Please make a request through JAL Domestic Reservations in advance.

Priority Boarding Service

Priority boarding is available. Please notify the ground staff at the boarding gate.

In-flight

We will be happy to help stow your baggage.

Please do not hesitate to contact cabin attendants should you require any assistance.

At Arriving Airport

  • Our staff will escort the passenger to the meeting point in the Arrival Hall, should there be someone waiting for the passenger. Alternatively, we will take the passenger to the nearest public transport in the airport facility.

The service is available for elderly passengers.

At the departing airport

Please check-in at JAL Smile Support Counter (*) at the departing airport. Please allow ample time for the check-in.
