* Seat selection is available up until 15 minutes prior to the departure time (except for some flights).
* Restrictions apply for some fare types and the number of seats available for pre-selection is limited.
* Pre-selected seats are subject to change without prior notice in case there is a change in the aircraft.
* Due to safety concerns, passengers traveling with infants under 3 years of age cannot be seated in an emergency exit row.

To help you travel in comfort, we have prepared priority seats for passengers with infants. Advance Seat Selection Service is also available online. (The number of seats is limited.)

Our new seat map shows where the passenger traveling with an infant will be seated by a "with infant" mark, so don't be afraid of taking your baby onboard!(Only when the applicable fare ticket is purchased, and the seat is selected by JAL web site.)

Baby stroller that can be used all the way to the boarding gate is available for rental.
Inquire at the airport on the departure date.
Please note that the number of baby stroller is limited.

During boarding, you will have priority to get on board. Please inform our staff at the boarding gate.

Hot water and 100% fruit juice (apple juice) are available.
* Please bring your own baby powdered milk.

Spare diapers are available. (Ｌarge size diapers available, however the numbers are limited.)
* Diaper changing tables are not available on some aircraft.

Soft blankets, exclusively for babies, are available. (Limited numbers available onboard.)

In the case of an adult traveling with two infants under 2 years old, an Infant Seat will be required for one of the two infants. Your own Infant Seat can be brought in onboard for use, or alternatively an Infant Seat is available for free rental.

* In this case, child fare applies for one infant as a seat is required.
* Please check if the infant seat meets airline safety standard before using your own Infant Seat in-flight.
* Infant Seat rental requires advance booking. Booking must be made by no later than 17:00, 3 days prior to the flight departure. Please book early as numbers are limited.
* For seat occupying infants under 3 years old (,Child Fare applied), Infant Seat rental is available upon your request, however the numbers are limited.
