E-mail Notification (Flight Information Services)

Various information can be received to registered e-mail address. 

Following customers will be available

  • Customers who booked a JAL(Group) flight on the JAL website (registered automatically)
  • JMB members who booked a JAL(Group) flight at the JAL contact center and registered an e-mail address for receiving e-mail notification.
  • Customers who booked a JAL(Group) flight at travel agent and registered an e-mail address through travel agent
  • Customers who booked a JAL(Group) flight at JAL or travel agent and registered an e-mail address on JAL Website
  • Some information about codeshare flights operated by other carriers and JAL Group carriers may also be sent.
  • Not sent to customers purchased Group Discount Fare.

Registration of e-mail address

The e-mail address which entered at the time of reservation will be automatically registered. 

Also, an e-mail address can be registered, added or updated from "Manage Booking" of "My international booking"

on the top page of JAL Website.

The sender of all meesages is Japan Airlines Co., Ltd.

The sender's e-mail address and displayed sender name are as follows; Customers are requested to complete the reception settings in advance.
