How to view your e JAL Points balance and validity details
STEP1
Log in to your account using the button below and proceed to Japan site's Mileage top page.
All members, including members living outside of Japan, should proceed from Japan site.
Please log in to your account using the button below and navigate to Japan site's Mileage top page.
STEP2
After logging in to your account, click "Balance and other details" under "e JAL points" on the Mileage top page.
The Mileage top page will be displayed after logging in to your account.
Please click "Balance and other details" under "e JAL Points" to proceed to the next page.
STEP3
Your current e JAL Points balance and validity will be displayed.
