Executive Chef of "PARIS.HAWAII"

In charge of Business Class. Born in Sapporo. After graduating high school, Chef Yamanaka studied at a French Restaurant in Osaka and moved to France at the age of 25. After training at a French Bistro in Paris & Nice, he became the opening chef of Le Clown Bar with Chef Atsumi. In 2018, he opened an Island French Restaurant "PARIS.HAWAII"* in Honolulu, Hawaii. The restaurant achieved 5th place in the USA Today’s 10 Best Restaurants in Hawaii for 2019.
*Currently closed, due to store relocation.

With the combination of French techniques and the local ingredients of Hawaii, PARIS.HAWAII aims to be a restaurant where customers can feel that experience. In a journey, having a meal is an important way to understand the land.
