Owner chef of "No Code"

He went to the United States in 2002 and became the first Japanese sous chef at "Jean-Georges" flagship restaurant in New York.After returning to Japan, he served as the head chef at renowned restaurants and opened his own restaurant, "No Code" in 2022.He not only manages the restaurant, but also contributes to society through volunteer activities focused on food, such as in facilities for people with disabilities.
