Using the seatback screen
If there is a seatback screen
Spend your time as you wish, with seatback screens available at every seat.
Enjoy a wide variety of entertainment, including video and audio content.
- These inflight entertainment services are not available on international flights (with some exceptions).
If there is no seatback screen
Customers without seatback screens, may access inflight entertainment and flight map at no charge using their own smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
- In principle, headphones are not included.
Inflight Wi-Fi service
JAL offers complimentary inflight Wi-Fi service.

- Passengers traveling on J-AIR aircraft equipped with the inflight entertainment system should connect to the inflight Wi-Fi via their browser.
- On certain international flights, audio programs and front-screen videos will not be available.
- Please note that inflight audio services are not available on JTA flights within Okinawa Prefecture, JAC flights, RAC flights, or flights operated by CRJ and Embraer (E190/E170) aircraft.
