Inflight dining pre-order
Customers traveling in international First Class may pre-order inflight dining up until 25 hours prior to departure (local time). We will have your desired Japanese or international meal ready for you on board when you fly. (first meal only)
You may also choose your meal during your flight as usual.
- Available on all JAL-operated routes except extra and charter flights (Certain flights excluded)
- The number of pre-order inflight dining available is limited.
- Pre-order may be unavailable depending on service center operating hours. Please place your order well in advance.

Special inflight dining pre-order
Customers with food allergies or health- or religion-related food requirements can request special inflight dining, including vegan dishes by Chef Yonezawa Fumio as well as ovo-lacto vegetarian dishes.

Customers who wish to skip inflight dining service can submit a request in advance through the JAL website.

- Inflight dining are to be consumed on board the aircraft.
- JAL offers special hypoallergenic meals on a pre-order basis.
- Although we take every precaution during the meal preparation process, we cannot guarantee that meals do not contain trace amounts of allergens.
- If you have allergy-related questions regarding inflight food and beverages, please ask a cabin attendant.
- Because information available to cabin attendants is limited, you may be asked to use your own judgment regarding food and beverages.
- Please note that nutritional information such as energy (calories), protein, fat, cholesterol, carbohydrates, dietary fiber, sodium, and types of seasoning used may not be available inflight.
