Wine and Champagne Selection

Our wine cellar is lovingly chosen by Ms. Fumiko Arisaka, the first editor of Japan's foremost wine magazine "Vinoteque", to care for the marriage to JAL's in-flight menu on international routes created in collaboration with various master chefs like Seiji Yamamoto from 3-star Michelin restaurant "RyuGin" in Roppongi, Tokyo.
Japan Airlines is only one airline which serve Champagne Salon. Kusuda wine and Kenzo estate wine, world famouse wines with Japanese spirits are also on our lists.
Sit back and relax as you savor various wine by the glass!

Sake and Shochu Selection

Our First Class serves only the very finest sakes. The several highly sought-after brands of rare sake we will tempt you with include Isojiman, Hiroki, Juyondai, and Kamoshibito Kuheji. Altematively, why not try a shot of shochu traditional distilled liquor? May we politely recommend Mori izo, an authentic shochu made from sweet potatoes, or Kanehachi, a wheat-based shochu which is now receiving rave reviews worldwide?

Royal Blue Tea

For a passenger not drinking alcohol, the blue tea is offered with a wine glass.
Blue tea is a kind of the Chinese high gread tea. It is dripped by taking for 3-7 days and bottled in a wine bottle. Its rich smell and flavour are enjoyable with any cuisine.

Drinking and Driving
Passengers who need to drive after disembarking should kindly refrain from drinking during the flight. Driving under the influence of alcohol is dangerous and legally prohibited.
