In-flight meals onboard late-night departure international flights from Haneda. Available on route from Haneda to Paris JL041, San Francisco JL002, Bangkok JL033, Singapore JL035 and Honolulu JL80. After taking a restful sleep, wake up to a hearty breakfast.

Blood Orange juice is served with your breakfast. Vitamin C help you refresh your body.

You can then wake up to a hearty breakfast made with ingredients from various regions in Japan.
Choose from Japanese or Western style meal with rice freshly cooked in the cabin or a selection of bread.

Each ingredient is carefully selected.
Dashimaki tamago made of homemade egg from Chiba, Aburi-mentaiko (roast seasoned cod roe) produced by YAMAYA from Fukuoka, Tirimen-sansho (crepe with Japanese pepper) from Kyoto,Nanko-umeboshi (pickled plum) from Wakayama
Seasonal fresh fruites and warm egg dish will be served.
Every month we serve local specialities from various regions in Japan.

Contemporary French is designed by Chef Koji SHIMOMURA, running Michelin 2-star restaurant "Edition Koji Shimomura". Please enjoy its sensitive and elegant taste.

The fresh, choice ingredients in each dish have all been specially chosen to highlight the season in which you will enjoy them.

Designed by Chef Chikara YAMADA, who has experience of training under Chef Ferran ADRIA of "El Bulli".
You may find Japanese inspiration in his menu.

The second meal service offers a variety of delicious Japanese and Western dishes prepared individually at your convenience,
like your own premium restaurant in the sky.
