If you were unable to take necessary steps to accumulate mileage before your flight, you may request post flight credit for JAL international flights and JMB partner airline's flights through the website.

The request for the correction of the number of flight miles already reflected in your account cannot be accepted through the website.

Note/Information

  • This service is for JMB members who have taken JAL international flights (including code-share flights with JAL flight numbers) and JMB partner airline's flights eligible for the mileage accumulation. Please verify conditions of the eligibility to accumulate flight mileage in advance and proceed to request the post flight credit.
  • Post flight credit for JAL flights is accepted for flights taken 5 days after and up until 6 months from your flight date (Japan Time).
  • Post flight credit for JMB partner airline's flights is accepted for flights taken 14 days after and up until 6 months from your flight date (Japan Time).
  • Until your mileage has been credited to your account, please retain your ticket or e-ticket receipt and boarding pass or Home Print Boarding Pass with member's name.
  • The following post flight credit requests are only acceptable by phone within 6 months after your flight date.
  • When your JMB registered name is different from the name on your boarding pass.
  • When the name of airport for the partner airline to be entered is not shown on the list.
  • There are other cases not applicable to this service than the cases previously mentioned.
  • Due to the system maintenance, this service may not be available at late night hours (Japan Time).
  • Mileage credit is not guaranteed even if you proceed to request the post flight credit through the website.
    If you cannot confirm the eligible flight mileage credited to your account, please submit your application again following the instructions below. Based on the application, we will reconfirm with the partner airlines.
  1. Access the dedicated application form via the URL provided in the email sent to members who could not accumulate mileage, titled "Notification to JAL Mileage Bank Members Who Requested Post-flight Mileage Credit for JMB Partner Airlines Flights via JAL Website."
  2. Upload e-ticket itinerary/receipt or ticket receipt and your boarding pass via the application form.
  • Please note that if any discrepancy exists between the correct mileage and the registered mileage due to input wrong information by mistake, it may be adjusted to the correct mileage or deleted even though it has been already accumulated.
  • If you requested post-flight credit for JMB Partner Airlines through this service, you may be contacted by the JAL Mileage Bank Center to confirm your information via e-mail sent to your e-mail address which is registered in JMB membership information.

For JMB members in overseas regions requesting post-flight credit for Air France (AF) or LATAM Airlines group (LA/XL/JJ) flights, please proceed from Application Form below.

  • Booking class
  • The booking class which does not appear in the list when entering in JMB Partner Airlines Flights is not eligible.
  • Sector
  • If the airport name does not appear in the list when entering in JMB Partner Airlines Flights, please enter the airport code (3 alphabets).
