JMB Crystal status offer for a certain period of time after childbirth

Eligible members

Customers who are not JMB Diamond, JGP Premier, JMB Sapphire or JMB Crystal members on your child's date of birth or are not members at the time of application.

  • Male members are also eligible.

Application period / Validity

Until the end of the birth month of the second year after childbirth

[Validity of JMB Crystal status]
Until the end of the service year (March 31) that the application is submitted

How to apply

  1. Register your child to JAL Mileage Bank.
    JMB cards for children are available.

    * Your child's membership number will be required when you apply.

  2. Complete the application on this page.

  3. The JMB Crystal membership status will be reflected within 10 business days after submitting the application form.
    The membership status can be checked on the JAL website, JAL app or JAL Mileage Bank app.

Notes

  • This service will not be provided if the applicant is ineligible. Please be advised that you will not be informed if your application form is incomplete.
  • Customers whose membership will be JMB Crystal, JMB Sapphire, JGC Premier, or JMB Diamond from April of the year following the month of application are not eligible for this service.
  • Please ensure that the applicant themselves logs in to complete the application.
