We offer optimal plans to meet your cell transportation needs
We can provide a safe, high-quality cell transportation plan in which the careful handling requirements of the regenerative medicine industry are implicit. We can also handle cell-derived products. In particular, this includes not only frozen cells but also live cells that have posed difficulties due to the strict constraints on transportation time.
Priority transportation in the shortest possible time
Your cargo will be given top priority, with tender up to 90 minutes before departure and pick up 90 minutes after arrival. Service available at Narita, Haneda, Kansai, and 10 airports in Europe and America.
Reduced risk during transportation
We ensure careful handling of your cargo on the aircraft and to and from the cargo warehouses. Your consignment can also be kept separate from other cargo to reduce contamination risk as much as possible.

Your cargo can be carried in its own container to reduce, as much as possible, the risk of contamination by other cargo.
Constant-temperature storage for pharmaceuticals and temperature-controlled transportation containers are available
Use of constant-temperature storage for pharmaceuticals or JAL’s own CC5 temperature-controlled containers can minimize the influence of the ambient temperature.

We will propose the optimal plan according to the transportation needs, so please use the following guidelines when making your inquiry.
Departure from Japan: At least one month prior to flight departure
Departure from overseas: At least one month prior to flight departure
Step 2 Booking
Please contact your nearest JAL sales office. Enter “J SOLUTIONS PHARMA CELLS” product code in the Handling Information field.
Step 3 Acceptance of cargo
The cut-off time for tender will be set individually as these are custom-made transport services. Please confirm and inquire in advance.
Step 4 Delivery of cargo
The delivery time will be set individually as these are custom-made transport services. Please confirm and inquire in advance.
- Actual times will depend on the standard of service at the airport concerned. For more information, please refer to the standard times for each airport.
- Please arrange your own transportation to and from the airport.
- Goods may not be available for pickup within the specified time if the flight arrives outside the customs service working hours.
