Please be advised that JAL-operated flights between Tokyo (Narita) and Chicago (JL56/JL55) will be suspended effective March 28, 2027.

- Starting March 27, 2027, American Airlines-operated flights (JAL codeshare flights) will begin service on the Tokyo (Narita) - Chicago route.
For Customers Who Have Already Purchased Tickets
Customers holding tickets for the affected flights will be offered either a rebooking onto an alternative JAL flight or a full refund.
If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency or any source other than JAL, please contact your point of purchase directly.
